To add these add-on benefits for multiple members on your plan, simply purchase this product for the number of members you wish to have the add-on benefits. (For Example: If there are 3 members on your family plan and you want all members to have the benefits above, you will set the quantity for this product to 3 at checkout)

This membership is for 1 year from the date of purchase, billed monthly. Following this purchase, please come into the store with proof of purchase and approach a sales associate to finish setting up your membership profile. You MUST come in to the store and finish this step before being able to utilize your membership benefits.
